Agricola Leonardi</b> ha origini nel 700 ma è dalla seconda metà dell'800
che si dedica esclusivamente alla <b>produzione di Aceto Balsamico di alta
qualità</b>, utilizzando le proprie materie prime. Infatti, l'azienda si
estende su 10 ettari di terreno coltivato a vigneto, prevalentemente di
Trebbiano di Modena (uva bianca) e di Lambrusco (uva rossa) nelle qualità di
Sorbara, Castelvetro e Ancellotta. Si definisce quindi un'azienda a ciclo
chiuso, o a filiera corta poiché tutte le fasi di produzione avvengono sul
luogo di raccolta.<br />
<br />
L'<b>Aceto Balsamico</b> è un condimento unico al mondo, prodotto in
quantità limitata poiché storicamente legato alle Province di Modena e Reggio
Emilia. Pare, infatti, che il microclima di queste zone, con sbalzi termici
altissimi fra le caldi estati e i rigidi inverni, permetta ai Mosti di
fermentare e maturare ottimamente secondo i metodi tradizionali di produzione.
Questa tradizione è ancora viva nella famiglia Leonardi che con pazienza e
meticolosa cura riproduce di anno in anno il <b>ciclo di produzione del
Balsamico di Modena</b>, con gesti che si ripetono da secoli e che danno vita
ad un'emozione sempre rinnovata. Giovanni, Clelia, Francesco e Clara Leonardi,
circondati da collaboratori esperti e premurosi, vi accoglieranno nel podere di

miniera”, alternativa al più conosciuto sale marino era

risorsa a Km 0 è partita da circa un anno l’attività dei
Fratelli Giuseppe e Carmelo Brucculeri dedicata alla
produzione di Sali e affini.</b></div>

direttamente nella miniera, viene asciugato in modo
naturale dal sole di Sicilia, e poi trasformato, con
metodi artigianali.</b></div>

sale grezzo, una linea di Sali aromatizzati destinata a
vari abbinamenti in cucina.</b></div>
